Correcting your business information

Factual fields in your listing include your business name, address, phone number, website, opening hours, and services offered. To correct any of these, send us the accurate information along with proof we can verify it against, such as your website or your Google Business Profile. Once we confirm the correction, it stays in place through future data refreshes and remains part of your listing.

Disputing your score

Your score comes from a mechanical analysis of public Google reviews using a fixed rubric. We do not hand-edit scores. If you believe your score is wrong, the issue is not the number itself but the input data behind it: for example, your listing might be matched to the wrong business, reviews might be attributed to you incorrectly, or a summary might misrepresent what reviewers actually wrote. We will re-check the sources and regenerate your listing based on what we find. A dispute is a claim that the data is wrong, not a request for a higher number.

Removing a listing

We remove listings when a business is permanently closed, when a listing is a duplicate, or when a provider falls outside the scope of this directory. Our system also re-verifies every listing monthly and automatically removes businesses that have closed. If your listing is accurate and in scope, we will decline removal and explain why plainly.
